Four of my friends had a great business idea to take people out on four wheeler trails. So we opened a business together. The business is going great and we started to have a lot of people interested in going on our four wheeler tours. We employed a few of our friends to help us keep up with all the business. We also bought some new four wheelers and equipment. When It came time to file our business income taxes we got together as a group and decided that we would find a good tax prep in St George. We went in together to the CPA firm and told them our situation. We had many questions to how this was going to work. We did not know if we filed individually or as a group for our business. The CPA firm took the time to answer all of our questions. They were very helpful.
